See an annotated grounds report with zones, visible conditions and trade-specific recommendations. Start with the exact inspection purpose and location, document only what the submitted evidence supports, and keep measurements, testing or professional determinations clearly marked for field review.
FIELD WORKFLOW
Use this example
1
Identify the property, zone, asset and responsible trade.
2
Use context photos to show clearances, surrounding assets and access.
3
Document visible condition without assuming plant disease, structural adequacy or electrical safety.
4
Record counts and dimensions as estimates until verified in the field.
5
Assign the action and capture completion evidence from the same viewpoint.

DOCUMENTATION EXAMPLE
A finding that stays within the evidence
Asset or area
Landscape bed and turf
Visible condition
Brown, sparse areas interrupt an otherwise green lawn. The image does not establish irrigation performance, soil condition, pests or root health.
Recommended action
Inspect irrigation coverage, soil and plant condition, define the affected limits and select treatment after field verification.
Make the report easier to review
Use a short finding title, identify the exact location and place the strongest evidence beside the written observation. Explain the recommended next step in practical order: verify, make safe when needed, correct the confirmed condition and retain completion evidence.
Keep sources tied to the finding
Record the jurisdiction, adopted edition, contract, company procedure or customer-supplied requirement that applies. A source link helps the reviewer locate the material; it does not prove that every requirement applies to the photographed condition.
State what the evidence cannot prove
Plant identification and quantities may require field review. Lighting images cannot verify circuit condition, electrical safety or measured illumination.
